The company acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation, and from suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.

J&SC Quality Branded Foods Ltd is a family-owned business supplying products to restaurants across the UK and Europe.

We pre-approve all our suppliers to ensure they comply with all current legislation. As part of the company’s due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking, J&SC Quality Branded Foods Ltd will ensure that supplier approval incorporates a review of controls taken by suppliers to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, including regular reviews. Particular attention will be paid to imported goods supplied to the company.

The company will not knowingly support or deal with suppliers who are involved with slavery or human trafficking and so monitor our supply chains and our suppliers to ensure, so far as possible, no slavery and human trafficking is taking place within them. The company directors will take responsibility for implementing this policy and its
objectives, and will provide adequate resource and investment to ensure compliance to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is adhered to and maintained.
